The Good Guru Organic SugarKare formula is a blend of organic Karela, Kalonji (Nigella Seed) and Cinnamon created to help reduce and control glucose entering the bloodstream. This formula will help fight chronic conditions associated with high levels of blood sugar, such as diabetes.
Karela is rich in hypoglycemic compounds which lower the amount of sugar present in the blood. It has the unusual properties of making insulin active instead of inactive, which means that the sugar is processed within the body and not turned into fat.
Kalonji (Nigella or Black Seed) helps to reduce the amount of glucose entering the blood from the digestive tract and is also known to reduce the stress and harm within the pancreas. It is rich in vitamins, minerals and essential trace elements that are often lacking in today’s diets.
