The Good Guru Organic MenoKare Original formula is a blend of organic Shatavari Root, Ashwagandha, Spirulina, Ginger, Flaxseed and Holy Basil & Lemon powders, created to aid with good nutrition, alleviate issues associated with menopausal phases and strengthen your overall immune system.
Shatavari Root is known to be a natural precursor to female hormones, hence it can aid in taking care of the hormonal imbalances.
Ashwagandha has strong adaptogenic properties and helps to reduce stress and regulate the hormonal imbalance. It is also known for improving muscle strength.
Spirulina is known as the green super food due to the highest concentration of chlorophyll and has outstanding detoxification action. It is also known to improve muscle tone and can help fight skin ageing as it’s packed full of nutrients and antioxidants.
Ginger has excellent antioxidant properties. It helps improve immunity, regulate blood sugar and cholesterol and enhance joint wellness.
Flaxseed contains lignans and antioxidants that help reduce sagging of the skin, and is rich in fatty acids which keep your skin nourished, hydrated and moisturised.
Tulsi (Holy Basil) is a source of essential oils, along with Phosphorus, Iron, Sodium, Calcium, Magnesium, Potassium and vitamins B6, A and K. It has excellent anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and adaptogen properties.
How to Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
