Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is extremely rich in vitamin C and has powerful anti-inflammation and antioxidant properties.

Milk Thistle is known to improve liver function and its main active compound – silymarin – has antioxidant, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. It has been used in traditional medicines to treat liver and gallbladder disorders.

Turmeric (Curcumin is the active component in this most powerful herb) is rich in Vitamin C, B6, K, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese and Sodium. This makes it a herb of choice for any inflammation, swelling, and pain-related issues.

Fenugreek helps reduce both internal and external inflammation. It has also been shown to help increase levels of antioxidant enzymes in the liver.

How to Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
