The Good Guru Organic LiverKare is a blend of organic Amla, Milk Thistle, Fenugreek and Turmeric that can help cleanse, detoxify, raise the antioxidant profile and support the optimal liver function and bile secretion, helping to breakdown and digest fats and protecting this vital organ from damage.
Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is extremely rich in vitamin C and has powerful anti-inflammation and antioxidant properties.
Milk Thistle is known to improve liver function and its main active compound – silymarin – has antioxidant, anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties. It has been used in traditional medicines to treat liver and gallbladder disorders.
Turmeric (Curcumin is the active component in this most powerful herb) is rich in Vitamin C, B6, K, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese and Sodium. This makes it a herb of choice for any inflammation, swelling, and pain-related issues.
Fenugreek helps reduce both internal and external inflammation. It has also been shown to help increase levels of antioxidant enzymes in the liver.
How to Use: Take 2 capsules daily with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
