Karela (Bitter Gourd) is traditionally used as vegetable insulin due to its antioxidant and anti-diabetic properties. It may contribute to reducing the blood glucose levels in both type 1 and 2 diabetes.

Fenugreek helps reduce both internal and external inflammation and can improve digestive problems and cholesterol levels.

Cinnamon is high in antioxidants which protect the body from free radical damage. It also increases insulin sensitivity making insulin more efficient at moving glucose into cells.

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) is extremely rich in vitamin C and has powerful anti-inflammation and antioxidant properties.

Turmeric (Curcumin is the active component in this most powerful herb) is rich in Vitamin C, B6, K, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Manganese and Sodium. This makes it a herb of choice for any inflammation, swelling, and pain-related issues.
