Each gram of this cutaneous liquid contains 520mg of a combined liquid extract from Arnica flower and Birch leaf, prepared using an extraction solvent of ethanol and sunflower oil. This unique combination delivers the benefits of arnica’s renowned soothing properties alongside the supportive qualities of birch, all carried in a base of nourishing sunflower oil that glides smoothly over the skin during massage.

For optimal results, the balm should be applied sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily, after first shaking the bottle to blend the natural ingredients. Adults, the elderly, and children over twelve years can benefit from its warming action. To maximise its soothing effects, it is recommended to apply the balm after a warm bath or shower while the skin is still slightly damp, allowing the aromatic oils to penetrate and the massage to work deeply into tired, tense muscles. Read the enclosed leaflet before use. Shake the bottle before use. For application to the skin only. Wash hands before and after use.

Adults, elderly people and children over 12 years: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily.

Active Ingredients: 

1g of cutaneous liquid contains 520 mg of a combined liquid extract from Arnica montana L., flos, (equivalent to 24 mg Arnica flower) and Betula pendula Roth and/or Betula pubescens Ehrh., folium, as well as hybrids of both species) (equivalent to 24 mg Birch leaf). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 96% v/v / Sunflower Oil (2.3/97.7). Also contains: Sunflower Oil, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, Lavandin Oil and Ethanol.
