Directions to use
Take 1–2 capsules a day with water or Pukka organic Aloe Vera Juice before food.

Organic Ashwaganda root (63%), Ashwaganda root wholistic extract, Seagreens, Arctic fresh seaweed, Ginger root, Spirulina, vegitable cellulose capsule (hyrdoxypropyl ,methyl cellulose).
