DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible and within 48 hrs after payment has been made and you should receive the Goods purchased by you within 3-5 working days if you are resident in the UK. For more details on delivery rates and delivery times please refer to our Delivery Guide below.

UK CUSTOMERS

If you reside in the UK, you also have the option of collecting your Goods from our London Clapham Clinic at 31 Clapham High Street, London SW4 7TR - just select this option at Checkout prior to completing your order.

Occasionally, it may take longer to deliver the Goods purchased by you, but no longer than 30 calendar days of the Dispatch Confirmation unless there are exceptional circumstances.

The risk in the Goods shall remain with Us until they come into your physical possession

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

If Goods are being ordered from outside the United Kingdom, import duties and taxes may be incurred once your Goods reach their destination. We are not responsible for these charges and we undertake to make no calculations or estimates in this regard.

If you are buying internationally, you are advised to contact your local customs authorities for further details on costs and procedures. As the purchaser of the Goods, you will also be the importer of record and as such should ensure that your purchase is in full compliance with the laws of the country into which the Goods are being imported.

Please be aware that Goods may be inspected on arrival at port for customs purposes and that We cannot guarantee that the packaging of your Goods will be free of signs of tampering. Please also be aware that United Kingdom consumer protection laws may not apply.  

Delivery Guide

Total Body Care delivers its products throughout the UK and worldwide. The delivery charges outlined below are per shipment. In some cases, the order will have to be fulfilled in multiple shipments and delivery will be charged accordingly at checkout.

COVID-19 Update:

We are operating a full service and do not expect any delays to dispatch of orders.

However it is possible that due to COVID-19 some carriers may temporarily experience delays in their delivery times.

In response to COVID-19, all our carriers are taking precautionary measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of their drivers and our customers. Please be assured that all our carriers are following the advice and guidelines from the government and that the safety of everyone is our priority.

There is currently no general impact to our delivery services at this stage, however we encourage all customers to use your home address for delivery. Moving forward all carriers will operate a contact free delivery service which means that you won’t be required to sign for any parcel that’s delivered.

If on the rare occasion your order is delayed, this may be due to COVID-19 related issues in the delivery network. Please contact us to help resolve any delivery queries.
