How to use
Recommended dosage: take 1 oil capsule and 1 herbal capsule per day, preferably after the first meal, with plenty of water.

Herbal capsule
Ingredients: green tea extract (41%), bulking agent: cellulose, vitamin C, cornstarch, stabilizer: polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone,
stearic acid, sea buckthorn powder, mixture of herbs (2%), niacin, calcium D-pantothenate, zinc carbonate, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B1, folic acid, biotin, vitamin B12, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate; color: titanium dioxide, copper complexes of chlorophylls, chlorophyllins; glazing agent: talc. Biotin, vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, niacin and pantothenic acid contribute to a normal energy-yielding metabolism. Zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal hair. Niacin, vitamin B2, zinc and biotin contribute to the maintenance of normal skin. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal nails.

Oil capsule
Ingredients: perilla oil, algae oil, modified cornstarch, humectant: glycerine, golden millet oil, stabiliser: carrageenan, sodium phosphates, vitamin E, vitamin A.
