Ordering Online
Products can be ordered from every page of the Total Body Care product pages. To select a product, click the 'Add to cart' button and the product will be added to your shopping cart. Look out for the special offer 'Add to cart' button wherever you see the Gold Star. The contents of the shopping cart can be reviewed at any time by clicking on the cart logo button.
Once you have finished shopping, payment can be made through our secure online payment system. You will receive notification of a successful or unsuccessful transaction.
At Total Body Care it is our top priority to ensure that our customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times, which is why we use Sage Pay as our chosen payment service provider (PSP).
Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands. Sage Pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment service provider, which is the highest level of compliance. Sage Pay are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
All transaction information passed between the Total Body Care site and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing that passes from our servers to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Once your information is on Sage Pay’s systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, amongst others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the–art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign’s Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data Sage Pay hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
All major credit and debit card payments, including MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Delta, are accepted through Sage Pay.
Payment for goods can also be made via PayPal.
Delivery of Orders
Goods are normally dispatched within 1 working day on receipt of order. There is a Postage & Packing charge of £1.95 (UK) or
£3.50 (Europe) on all Total Body Care product orders. Delivery times vary but if your item has not been received within 5
working days for UK orders or12 working days for European orders then please contact us.
Postage & Packing charges for International orders start at £9.99 but can increase according to total weight of products
ordered. Delivery times for International orders can vary greatly but each customer will be informed of the expected time of
arrival of their goods.
Queries
If you have to email us with any queries regarding your order, please enter your Order Number in the title heading of your
email and send your query to info@totalbodycare.co.uk.
Returns
If you return goods to us, unopened and within 21 days of dispatch, we will refund you in full. If returning goods, we suggest you obtain proof of posting
from the Post Office.
